WHAT ARE WE DOING?  We are collecting non-perishable, easily prepared food for families living in an extended stay hotel.  We are working with Family Promise and the Hendricks County Food Pantry Coalition to help fill the need as these agencies are currently overwhelmed.  If each Good Sam’s family can spare just a few items from their pantry, we will be able to feed these families.

WHAT FOOD DO WE NEED?  We need non-perishable, easily prepared foods such as canned soup, canned ravioli, breakfast bars, crackers, boxed macaroni n cheese, oatmeal, applesauce, canned fruit, cereal, and snacks.

WHAT’S THE PLAN?  We have arranged several drop off sites on porches. We are being diligent regarding social distancing, so just drop off in the cooler or tote on the porch and we will take it from there. Under Governor Holcomb’s orders, assisting those in need is an acceptable reason to leave your home, so no need to worry about breaking the new stay-at-home order!
